UPDATE 3-2-09 To all builders. Please read!!
I'm approaching nearly 100 sets of rubber parts manufactured in 2 years. The whole process of designing and creating these parts for the Club and Mike J's robots, was a challenge. It took over a year of R and D to pull off but, when all the dust settled it was well worth the time and effort spent.
As I reflect on the state of the economy, prices are soaring for nearly everything. The silicone prices have increased by 15 %. Everyone is tightning their belts, and for good reason. Orders for rubber parts have dwindled. Mike J. has experienced slowing on his robot orders as well. The manufacturing of the silicone parts is extremely time consuming.
I will make a decision as to if I will continue to make rubber parts this spring. I originally had plans to travel and work on a film in Finland. This movie has folded and will not be made this year. I am currently seeking another film and will make all my rubber manufacturing decisions based around this new film. If i were to continue parts this year...they would start this spring and continue until this new film starts.

***** Below I am offering very rare seconds, that is, parts that are subpar i/e bubbles, incomplete fills, etc. Many of these are from my storage facility and are a year old, so the lighter color is LIGHTER, than current color. At last it's time to upgrade your robot with these handsome silicone rubber parts. They are made of 100% platinum cure silicone rubber. Parts will withstand fade, rot and have a life span of well over 100 years! They are non toxic and have no odor. I am currently offering 2 colors of grey: standard and dark. All parts match in color. These are the same rubber parts found on Mike J's B9-Creations robots!!!
I don't carry stock items. Each set will be custom made. I will send out an email to confirm with the names/parts on the list. Parts will be produced in the order in which money is received. All parts will ship within a few weeks of order unless otherwise noted.

The master was built using state of the art rapidprototyping and computer aid design. They are ¼ “ thick and weighing in at 45 pounds. They can be mounted in an upright ‘tall' or ‘squished' look. If you also purchase knees state if you would like them fused to bottom of the legs (recommended). Fits steel, aluminum or MDF tread sections.
Note: Many people are having difficulty with the color. I am therefore relabeling charcoal grey to dark grey. Many are expecting Charcoal black. All the images are different and its impossible for me to show you on a web site with photos the exact color. A flash is different, daylight, flourescent and so on, make each picture's color different.. Example: images below are swatch outside and the other is flash, inside. As a comparison, both the legs outside. The dark grey, inside looks very dark. To some degree, all the images on this site are different looking in differnt conditions. I will remove the dark grey color if there is any more confusion. Thanks!

Manufactured to fit center on the bottoms of the leg sections using hole and pegs. 1” flange on the bottom to slide into tread section hole. Spacer plate (free) to fill between legs and knees to add depth for knee plate spacing. Built to club specifications. (If purchasing with leg bellows, I highly advise to request to have the knees, spacer and legs bonded together (free))

Note these are shipped as “Kit” and require minor trimming of seams. 21 rings with “Tab”. Built with a thick sturdy flange that fits club standard torso hole without any hardware. Can be displayed in collapsed or extended position.
